13.2% alc., 325 cases, $35. Dijon clones 76, 548. 90% complete MLF. Raised in 15% new oak, 15% stainless, and 70% neutral oak. Blocks 4, 31. · This wine occupies the middle ground between full MLF and full barrel fermented Chardonnay and un-oaked stainless steel fermented Chardonnay. Classy aromas of pears, apples and wet stone. Modestly rich pear flavors with a hint of oak spice and a frisky finish framed with bright acidity. Reviewed August 17, 2009
