The proprietor is Martin Bart, whose father started the domaine in 1955. · Dark reddish-purple color. Dark plum, dark chocolate and oak char on the nose. Thick black and blue fruits tasting of mu shu plum sauce, citrus, mineral and marzipan. Big and intense, with some tannin to shed. Plenty of wine for $20. Reviewed October 3, 2009
