14.0% alc., 47 cases, $36. · A lot of dirt in this wine. An earthy nose leads to blue fruit flavors including plum and blackberry with a touch of anise. A very rich wine lacking a bit of acidity and showing some heat on the backend. Reviewed September 10, 2007
