2006 Brogan Cellars Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir

14.2% alc., $45. Aged 11 months in 50% new French oak barrels. · Moderately light reddish-purple color in the glass. Lovely nuanced aromatic profile featuring earthkissed berries, bay leaf, spice and oak. Soft and elegant on the palate, with flavors of dark red cherries and berries, gossamer tannins, and a refreshingly bright finish. Good. Reviewed September 8, 2010
