2003 Cloudy Bay New Zealand Pinot Noir
I have had a number of vintages of this wine, but they don't offer the thrill of the Sauvignon Blanc which almost single-handed brought worldwide recognition to New Zealand wines. Imported by the owners, Cliquot. · The nose is very shy. Soft and light cherry flavors are accented with herbs and oak. A simple and decent Pinot Noir Reviewed April 16, 2006
