NV Thierry Massin Brut Rosé
100% Pinot Noir, 85% vinified as a white Pinot Noir. Base wine is from 2003 and 2004 with addition of red wine from 2004. · Brilliant pink in color. Dry roses in the nose. Flavors of wild strawberries and raspberries. Acidity picks up the fruit on end. Pair with meat and desserts. Reviewed August 6, 2007
