2009 Fulcrum Londer Vineyard Anderson Valley Pinot Noir 14.1% alc., 149 cases, $52. Clones 115 and Swan. Release June 16, 2011. Aged 15 months in 50% new French oak barrels. Bottle aged 6 months. · Very tight now with imposing tannins. Aromas of brier, forest floor, black cherries and dark berries. Earthy and brooding on the palate with mildly gritty tannins and an underpinning of oak. Needs at least a year more in bottle. Good. Reviewed July 1, 2011
